Biographical Stuff

Years ago my interests gravitated to the expressionistic. Not in the sense of the movement but more related to emotion. Somewhat later, I came under the influence of conceptual art. Since then, my work has been an effort to find a place that accommodates both. Influences include Gustave Courbet, JMW Turner, Edward Hopper, Marcel Duchamp, and Anselm Kiefer.
